Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
